The dry-type resin cast transformer (SCB12, SCB13, SCB14, SCB18 series) uses epoxy resin vacuum casting. High-voltage windings with glass fiber mesh plates and low-voltage foil structures with axial ducts ensure robustness. Compliant with IEC 60076, GB 1094.1-2013, and GB/T 10228-2015, it covers 30-2500kVA, 10/20/35kV, with F/H insulation, ≤55dB noise, and IP20/30/40 protection. Equipped with RS485 ,it runs at 125% load under forced cooling. SCB18 meets GB 20052-2020 Level 1, saving 40% no-load loss. Ideal for high-rises, subways; oil-free, maintenance-free, 30+ year lifespan.
